Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with your order details.

Business days are Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next business day.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Nobel Crafts offers FREE home delivery on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden charges or extra delivery fees applied at checkout.
4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on all orders nationwide. You only pay when your parcel arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment is required.
5. OPEN PARCEL POLICY
We understand the importance of trust in online shopping. At Nobel Crafts, we give you the right to open and inspect your parcel before making payment to the courier. If the product does not match your order or arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery on the spot.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the courier's website.

The courier partner may vary depending on your location and availability.
8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or unavailability, they will attempt delivery up to 2 times. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us on WhatsApp to reschedule your delivery.
9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
